Sam Katsikis

Sam Katsikis has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Sam is currently the Director of Operations at ORTEC, a position they have held since July 2023. Prior to this, Sam worked at ORTEC as a Client Partner/Presales and Industry Lead from March 2021 to July 2022, and as a Senior Implementation Consultant from January 2019 to March 2021. Before joining ORTEC, they served as an IT Operations & Technical Project Lead at Australian Terminal Operations Management from March 2018 to December 2018. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Manager at PrixCar Transport Services Pty from June 2012 to January 2018, and as an Information Technology Business Analyst at Toll Autologistics from February 2009 to June 2012.

Sam Katsikis obtained a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from RMIT in 2012. Additionally, they obtained multiple certifications from Microsoft, including "6425: Configuring Windows Server 2008 Active Directory Domain Services" and "10135: Configuring, Managing and Troubleshooting Microsoft Exchange Server 2010" in 2013, as well as "2793 - Implementing and Maintaining Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Reporting Services" in 2010.
