Gary Nazare

Gary Nazare serves as the Executive Vice President and COO of Corporate Trust at Computershare since September 2020. Additionally, Gary holds an advisory position at Ortho-tag while being a lead director on the board, where involvement centers around the commercialization of innovative in-vivo medical devices. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Managing Director for Business Escrow Services at Western Alliance Bank, where responsibilities included developing a national business strategy and enhancing client experiences with technology. Gary's extensive career at BNY Mellon spanned over two decades, where Gary held multiple senior roles, including Managing Director and Group COO, overseeing a vast array of financial operations. Gary began a career at J.P. Morgan as a Vice President, managing financial operations across various business sectors. Gary holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Finance from William Paterson University of New Jersey.
