Currently serving as Regional Human Resources Director at OrthoAlliance since December 2022, Theresa Sullivan previously worked at the Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Center, enhancing human resource functions in a leading orthopedic practice. Previously, during their tenure at Ascena Retail Group, Inc., Theresa Sullivan advanced from VP of Human Resources to SVP and CHRO, managing HR for several well-known women's and children's retail brands.
