Hailey Aycock

Hailey Aycock has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2009 when they held internships at Avon Orthodontics and Cardinal Ritter High School. Hailey also worked as a hostess and server at Red Lobster during this time. In 2011, they took on the role of Marketing Assistant at Midmark Corporation. In 2015, they held the role of Communications for the Campaign for State Treasurer and the Office of the Governor, in addition to Vendor Contract Manager- Team Lead at the State of Indiana. Since 2022, they have held the roles of Vice President of Operations and Director of Marketing and Operations at Orthodontic Details.

Hailey Aycock obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communication, General from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis in 2015. Hailey then pursued a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Western Governors University, which they completed in 2018. In addition, they have obtained four certifications: Mastering Organizational Chaos from LinkedIn in December 2021, Leading Projects from LinkedIn in July 2021, Lean Foundations from LinkedIn in May 2021, and Project Management Professional (PMP)® from Project Management Institute in December 2020.
