Mary Wood

Mary Wood is a seasoned professional in the fitness and wellness industry with extensive experience in specialized instruction and program coordination. Currently serving as a Laser Technician at OrthoLazer since December 2023, Mary also holds an instructor position at Urban Poling Inc. since June 2022. In addition, Mary has contributed to the City of Greenfield, WI, as a Group Fitness Instructor for Parkinson's Disease Exercise Classes since January 2019, while simultaneously working at Wisconsin Athletic Club, LLC, since June 2006, fulfilling roles as both a Parkinson's specific exercise instructor and Group Fitness Director. From September 2019 to July 2023, Mary coordinated community and exercise programs for the Wisconsin Parkinson Association, and previously instructed at Total Healthworks from August 2020 to January 2023.
