JC Diaz

JC Diaz has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. JC started their career as a Sales Representative/Promotions at T-Mobile in 2010 and then joined Walmart as a Replenishment Analyst in 2011. JC managed over 5.6 million dollars in total sales and handled inventory management. In 2012, JC joined GE Appliances, a Haier Company, where they worked as a Supply Chain/Distribution Intern, evaluating and improving business processes. JC later became a Purchasing Inventory Control Leader, responsible for reducing damage inventory and serving as a liaison between commercial and distribution for home delivery programs. JC's career then led him to Cardinal Health in 2016, where they initially worked as a Production Planner/Materials Buyer, responsible for setting production plans and leading continuous improvement initiatives. JC later became a Materials Management Supervisor, accountable for all site service and supply chain metrics. In their most recent role, JC works at Orthomerica Products Inc as a Sr. Industrial Engineer and Project Manager.

JC Diaz obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad Politécnica de Puerto Rico, which they attended from 2006 to 2014. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained several certifications related to Lean Six Sigma, including a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification (LSSGB) from BTS CONSULTING LIMITED in March 2019, a Lean Sigma DMAIC Problem Solving Certification from Cardinal Health in March 2018, a Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification (LSSWB) from Cardinal Health in January 2018, and a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification (LSSYB) from Cardinal Health in January 2018.
