Heather Davis

Heather Davis has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Heather is currently working as the Human Resources Director at OrthoNebraska since August 2022. Before that, they worked at Ameristar Casino for several years, starting as the Branch Manager at Remedy Intelligent Staffing from September 2004 to July 2007. Heather then joined Ameristar Casino in July 2007, first as an Employment Manager, responsible for recruiting and screening candidates, ensuring pre-employment checks, and developing new recruiting sources. From May 2012 to June 2015, they served as a Career Development Manager, focusing on training and development programs and maintaining positive team relations. Later, they became the Human Resources Manager, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations and providing support and direction to leaders. Heather's last role at Ameristar Casino was as the Vice President of Human Resources, a position they held from January 2019 to August 2022.

Heather Davis completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree at Briar Cliff University from 2000 to 2004. In addition to their degree, they obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Lean Sigma Corporation in April 2015.
