Travis Farhar, PA-C, OTD, OTR/L, NASM-PES, has extensive experience working as a Physician Assistant at Orthopaedic Associates. Before that, Travis worked as an Occupational Therapist at Gibson General Hospital and ProRehab, PC. Travis also served as a Combat Medic in the United States Army Reserve, with a deployment to Iraq attached to the 5th Special Forces Group. Travis holds a Master of Physician Assistant Studies, a Doctor of Occupational Therapy, and a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy, among other degrees.

Orthopaedic Associates (OA) is an independently owned and operated, full-service orthopaedic center.
