Frank M. Gazivoda

Frank M. Gazivoda has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. From 2018 to the present, they served as the Director of Operations at Orthopaedic and Neurosurgery Specialists, overseeing daily operations and clinical administration for a large physician group, surgery practice, and imaging modalities. Their responsibilities included recruitment, project management, process improvements, and strategic planning, among others.

Prior to this, from 2007 to 2018, Gazivoda worked at Montefiore Medical Center in different capacities. Frank M. served as the Operations Manager for Orthopaedic Surgery, managing two high-volume orthopedic clinics and a call center. Frank M. also worked as a Supervisor in Patient Logistics/Admitting, where they led a 24-hour admitting department and made significant improvements to work culture and efficiency. Additionally, in their earlier role as a Finance Specialist in Patient Care Intake, Gazivoda gained experience in finance and patient care.

Before joining the healthcare industry, Gazivoda founded and served as the CEO of Walk On Water Music - Music Entertainment & Light Show, a startup company. Frank M. was responsible for all aspects of the business, including sales, marketing, event planning, and operations.

Throughout their career, Gazivoda has demonstrated strong leadership and management skills, successfully overseeing teams and implementing improvements to enhance employee and patient satisfaction.

Frank M. Gazivoda completed their Bachelor's degree from Sacred Heart University between 2005 and 2009. Frank M. obtained additional certifications in "Cryptocurrency and Blockchain: An Introduction to Digital Currencies" from the University of Pennsylvania via Coursera in January 2022, and in "Decentralized Finance (DeFi) Infrastructure" from Duke University via Coursera in January 2022.
