Lilianna Koopman

Lilianna Koopman has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Lilianna has worked at OrthoIndy as the Director of Human Resources since 2016. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Human Resources at Activate Healthcare from 2014 to 2016. In that role, they were responsible for various HR activities, including recruitment, training, benefit administration, and policy development. Before joining Activate Healthcare, Lilianna held multiple leadership roles at OrthoIndy Enterprises, including Vice President of Support Services, VP of Clinic Services, Director of Human Resources & Credentialing, and Director of Support Services. Lilianna'sroles at OrthoIndy Enterprises spanned from 1998 to 2014.

Lilianna Koopman has pursued their education in the field of public health and health services administration. Lilianna obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Public Health from Indiana University Bloomington. Subsequently, they went on to pursue a Master of Health Administration degree with a focus on Health Services Administration at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis.
