Amelie Dietsch

Amelie Dietsch is an MD student at the DKFZ German Cancer Research Center, focusing on neuroimmunology and brain tumor immunology under the supervision of Professor Michael Platten, with research supported by the Mildred-Scheel-Scholarship. Amelie has served as an academic tutor at Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg since 2019, contributing expertise in anatomy and clinical examination skills. Additionally, Amelie works as a surgical assistant in orthopedic surgery at ATOS Kliniken. Previous clinical internships include experiences in neurosurgery at University Hospital Heidelberg and Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin. Education includes a Doctor of Medicine degree from DKFZ German Cancer Research Center, a Staatsexamen in Humanmedizin from Heidelberg University, and an Abitur from Andreas-Vesalius-Gymnasium Wesel.
