Kathie Stanley

In her role as Director of Population Health and Clinical Transformation, Kathie Stanley is charged with leading the practice toward an outcomes-focused, value-based care model. Working closely with all areas of the practice, she develops and hones value-based and innovative care strategies with the goal to provide unprecedented care for all patients.

She previously served the organization as Director of Health Information Management and Director of Clinical Services. Other positions held outside of Orthopedic ONE have included Site Director of Clinical Case Management at Mount Carmel New Albany Surgical Hospital and Clinical Research Director and Patient Advocate at Joint Implant Surgeons. A registered nurse, she spent the first 20-plus years of her career caring for patients in the hospital and specialty practice settings.

Her clinical background and education provides her with valuable insights into the opportunities for and impact of meaningful transformation within the healthcare industry.
