David Blake

David Blake has extensive work experience in the field of information technology. David is currently the Chief Information Officer at OrthoArizona since March 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Director-IT Americas at Culligan International starting from August 2020. From 2015 to 2019, they worked as the Director of Global IT Security, Infrastructure & Operations at Rogers Corporation. David also served as the Senior Director of IT at Dignity Health from 2012 to 2014 and as the Director of IT at Cognizant Technologies from 2008 to 2012.

David Blake earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Sam Houston State University, completing their studies from 1981 to 1986. David later pursued a Master of Science degree in Information Systems Management from Canterbury University, studying from 2009 to 2011. Additionally, they received an Executive Leadership Certification from Cornell University. It is also noted that David has pursued or is pursuing two separate Master's degrees in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from the University of Canterbury.
