Thomas Lopez

Thomas Lopez has extensive experience in sales operations and customer success, currently serving as Sales Operations Manager at Orum since August 2021. Previous roles at Orum include Sales Operations Program Manager and Customer Success Manager, where Thomas developed training programs and facilitated effective usage among stakeholders. Prior to Orum, Thomas was the Founding Customer Success Manager at Enduvo and held various sales and development positions in different companies, including Business Development Manager at Buffalo Intelligent Technology Systems and Sales Development Representative roles at multiple organizations. Thomas began a career in management at Rjs Janitorial Inc., and gained early experience in customer service and education through positions with Disney Cruise Line and Elmwood Franklin School. Thomas earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Canisius University in 2017.
