Divya Jose has a diverse work experience in human resources. Divya started their career in 2014 as an Executive HR intern at Jet Airways, where they worked on an HR process automation project. In 2015, they joined Pfizer as a Talent Acquisition APAC Coordinator, where they were responsible for posting job vacancies, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and preparing offer letters. From 2016 to 2019, Divya worked at Mantra Events & Promotions, initially as an Executive Generalist and later as a Senior Executive. Their role involved talent acquisition, performance management, talent management, employee performance, and employee relations. At Amazon, they worked as a Human Resources - Lead in the People Experience and Technology department from 2019 to 2022. Their responsibilities included recruitment and selection, generating HR-MIS reports, and forecasting manpower data. Currently, they are employed as an HR Assistant at Orveon Global, where they manage HR data and employee records for multiple regions and coordinates new hire and termination processes.

Divya Jose received their Bachelor's degree in Management Studies with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Mumbai in 2012. Divya then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the same university, completing their studies in 2015.
