Gulnit Hanspal

Gulnit Hanspal has extensive work experience in the cosmetics and beauty industry. Gulnit started their career in 2011 as a Make Up Artist at MAC Cosmetics in Selfridges, where they provided top-notch customer service to high-profile clients. In 2015, they joined Charlotte Tilbury Beauty as a Make Up Artist, being responsible for the successful opening of a new counter in Harrods.

Moving on, Gulnit joined LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics in 2016 as an Assistant Manager at Make Up Forever. Gulnit managed the flagship counter, drove KPI performance, and trained and motivated their team. Gulnit also presented the new Go Pro concept to media, visitors, and head offices worldwide.

In 2017, they joined L'Oréal as a Deputy Manager at Urban Decay. Gulnit was involved in various aspects of the store's operations, including launching the boutique, managing staff, handling HR issues, and ensuring stock control levels. Gulnit then progressed to the role of Store Business Manager at Urban Decay, where they were responsible for driving the store's performance, planning business strategies, and maintaining effective communication with management and L'Oréal Head Office.

During their time at L'Oréal, Gulnit also worked as Deputy Business Manager at Lancome Harrods, overseeing a flagship counter with a team of over 10 staff members.

In 2009, Gulnit started their freelance career as a Make Up Artist, catering to a diverse range of clients for bridal, media, and fashion purposes. Their services extended to photo shoots, fashion shows, and theater work, both in the UK and abroad.

Most recently, Gulnit joined Orveon Global as a Business Manager at Laura Mercier Harrods in 2023. Overall, Gulnit Hanspal has demonstrated a strong track record in the beauty industry, with expertise in management, team leadership, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Gulnit Hanspal obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Westminster, specializing in Law. Gulnit attended the university from 2007 to 2010.
