Michelle also has experience at Visteon, where they served as a Controller and Senior Financial Analyst during the years 2008 to 2010. Michelle played a crucial role in financial reporting during a transition period and conducted in-depth variance analysis and reconciliations.

At Akzo Nobel Coatings from 1999 to 2007, Michelle held the positions of Controller and Assistant Controller. Michelle was responsible for reporting financial statements, managing a team, implementing SAP, performing cost analysis, and resolving variances.

In addition, Michelle obtained a certification in "Solving Business Problems" from LinkedIn in January 2019.
