Olivia Madden

Olivia Madden has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Human Resources Coordinator at Orveon Global in 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a People Operations Coordinator at Aware, a startup that focuses on risk mitigation and compliance using AI technology. In this role, Olivia was responsible for driving the onboarding and orientation process.

Before joining Aware, Olivia interned at The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company as an Organizational Development Intern. Here, they developed an onboarding framework, presented recommendations to company leaders, and carried out various projects related to talent management.

Olivia's work history also includes a role as an Executive Assistant at S4 NetQuest, where they generated budget spreadsheets, analyzed data sets, and reported findings to company leadership. Additionally, they interned at The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company as a Talent Acquisition Intern, where they primarily focused on reinventing the onboarding process.
