Katie Bence

Katie Bence (Assoc CIPD) currently serves as the UK Head of HR at Orvis UK, where responsibilities encompass overseeing HR and customer experience since January 2019. Prior roles include Human Resources Learning and Development Manager at Morrisons from October 2016 to January 2019, and various managerial positions at Tesco from October 2008 to October 2016, including Store Manager and F&F Regional Manager. Katie Bence was part of multiple team management roles during a young leaders program, covering areas such as checkouts, fresh food counter, produce, and warehouse operations. Katie Bence completed A-levels in Business Studies, Law, Accountancy, Sociology, and Film Studies at Peter Symonds College from 2008 to 2010.
