With previous experience as Vice President of Talent at John Hardy and roles focusing on training and development in luxury retail at Starboard Cruise Services and Carnival Cruise Lines, Rebecca has built a strong foundation in learning and development across various sectors. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Business Degree in Marketing from Griffith University, along with international education in Austria and an International Baccalaureate from New England Girls School.
