Kirsty Porter

Kirsty Porter is currently a Talent Acquisition Administrator at Orwell Housing Association, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this role, Kirsty accumulated extensive retail management experience at Lidl GB, serving as Deputy Store Manager and Shift Manager from July 2021 to October 2023. Kirsty began a longstanding career at Primark in September 2003, progressing from Retail Assistant to Senior Department Manager, acquiring comprehensive skills in store management, commercial awareness, stock management, payroll, recruitment, training, health and safety, and achieving KPI targets. Kirsty completed education at Suffolk New College from 1995 to 1996 and attended Chantry High School from 1991 to 1995.
