Subhashini Rama Linggam has extensive experience in human resources and administration. Subhashini is currently the Vice President of Human Resources & Administrations at OS HRS, where they are responsible for transforming HR and payroll solutions for global leaders. With over 20 years of experience in HR technology innovation, HR managed services, and global statutory compliance, Subhashini has worked with Fortune 500 companies with a presence in over 20 countries. Prior to their current role, they served as a Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) at The Adecco Group from 2019 to 2022. Before that, they were the HR & Admin Manager at Perfect Colors Sdn Bhd from 2016 to 2019. Subhashini's previous experience includes working as a Funding Manager at Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC) from 2009 to 2016 and as the Head of Administration & Legal at Carlton International Academy from 2008 to 2009.

Subhashini Rama Linggam obtained a Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from Northumbria University, where they studied from 2004 to 2005. In addition, they earned a Professional Certification in Company secretarial from Brick fields International College, completing their studies from 2017 to 2020.

Furthermore, Subhashini Rama Linggam has also obtained multiple certifications in various subjects. In August 2020, they completed the "Time Management: Working from Home" certification from LinkedIn. Additionally, in April 2020, they received certifications in "Body Language for Leaders," "Communicating In the Language of Leadership," "HR as a Business Partner," and "Performance Management: Setting Goals and Managing Performance," all also from LinkedIn.
