Teoh Pei Ling

Teoh Pei Ling is an experienced payroll and HR professional with a robust background in managing payroll processes across multiple regions, including Taiwan, Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Thailand. Currently serving as Assistant Account Manager, Process Lead, and Senior Payroll Analyst cum Team Lead at OS HRS since November 2018, Teoh oversees payroll for up to 2000 headcounts across three entities, ensures compliance with statutory requirements, and automates payroll reconciliation processes. Previously, as a Payroll Analyst at Aspiro Sdn Bhd, Teoh was a pioneer, supporting China with compensation, benefits, and payroll functions. Teoh started the career as an HR/Admin Assistant during an internship at Danish House Sdn Bhd, where responsibilities included managing employee attendance, payroll calculations, and recruitment tasks. Teoh holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman, earned from 2013 to 2016.
