Nuno Maia has extensive experience in the bakery and pastry industry, having worked at Os Mosqueteiros as a Bakery and Pastry Trainer since September 2017. Prior to this role, Nuno held positions at Jerónimo Martins - Pingo Doce as a Bakery Section Manager, and at PINGO DOCE as a Baker and Supermarket Operator. Nuno's educational background includes a degree in Advanced Section Management from Escola de Formação Jerónimo Martins, as well as certifications in Renewable Energies and Bakery/Pastry from various institutions.
