Agawin has also held managerial roles at Aegis PeopleSupport and PeopleSupport, overseeing training implementations and university linkage programs. Educational qualifications include advanced degrees in English Language Teaching and Innovation and Business from respected institutions such as the Asian Institute of Management and De La Salle University.
