Terry Mason Moore

Terry Mason Moore serves as General Counsel for Osage Casinos and the Osage Nation while concurrently acting as Chairperson for the Shawnee Gaming Commission. With extensive experience in tribal governance, Terry was also appointed Assistant Principal Chief and has been a member of the Osage Tribal Council, overseeing the implementation of the Osage Act. In addition to various judicial roles, including Bar Counsel for Professional Responsibility at the Muskogee Creek Nation Supreme Court and Justice at the Miami Tribe of Oklahoma Court of Appeals, Terry operates a solo practice focusing on Federal Indian law and tribal government. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor in Federal Indian Law from The University of New Mexico, an MBA from the University of Minnesota, and a Bachelor of Science from Northeastern State University.
