Terry Mason Moore

Terry Mason Moore serves as General Counsel for Osage Casinos and Osage Nation, providing legal advice, drafting documents, and attending meetings since 2000. In addition, Terry holds the position of Chairperson for the Shawnee Gaming Commission and has been an active member of various legal and tribal roles, including Bar Counsel for the Muskogee Creek Nation Supreme Court and Justice for the Miami Tribe of Oklahoma Court of Appeals. With extensive experience in federal Indian law and tribal government, Terry has specialized in gaming operations and tax commission matters through Moore Law Office since 1985. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from The University of New Mexico, an MBA from the University of Minnesota, and a Bachelor of Science from Northeastern State University.
