Eric Newell

Eric Newell has extensive work experience in the energy industry. Eric is currently the Vice President of Energy Management at Osaka Gas USA since April 2023. Prior to this, they were the Senior Director of Portfolio Management at the same company from January 2022 to April 2023.

Before joining Osaka Gas USA, Eric worked at ConEdison Energy for over 20 years. Their roles at ConEdison Energy include Director of Asset Management from August 2018 to January 2022, Director of Energy Management from January 2017 to August 2018, and Director of Trading and Energy Management from March 2013 to January 2017. Eric also served as a Sr Portfolio Manager from October 2011 to March 2013, and as a Manager Energy Trading from 2008 to 2011. Eric started their career at ConEdison Energy as a Trader from 2003 to 2008, and as an Operations Analyst from 2000 to 2003.

Eric's work experience also includes a role as a Registered Rep at First Investors Corp. from 1999 to 2000.

Eric Newell attended State University of New York at Plattsburgh from 1995 to 1999.
