Hayley Florczak

Hayley Florczak currently serves as General Manager and Beverage Manager at Osaka Restaurants since April 2022 and as Owner of Benji’s Brews & Bakes since June 2020. In addition, Hayley operates as a Pastry Chef Consultant since July 2017. Previous experience includes roles such as Restaurant Manager at Major Food Group from January 2019 to March 2021, Baker Sous Chef at Maison Kayser USA from November 2017 to January 2019, and Executive Pastry Chef at The Writing Room NYC from August 2016 to July 2017. Hayley has a strong foundation in baking and pastry arts, having developed day-to-day production schedules and focused on research and development for various establishments. Educational qualifications include a Grand Diplôme in The Art of International Bread Baking from the International Culinary Center in 2012, along with studies at Rutgers University and Brookdale Community College.
