Amable Marquez

Amable Marquez is an experienced itamae currently working at Osaka Sushi since May 2018, where responsibilities include menu creation, customer service, cost management, and inventory oversight. Previously, Marquez worked as a sushi cook at Toshiro Robatayaki from November 2014 to April 2016, specializing in the preparation of special sushi and exclusive dishes. Marquez holds a degree in international culinary arts with a focus on Japanese cuisine from the Centro de Capacitacion Profesional de Alta Cocina, attended from 1997 to 2002.
