Audrey Mattoon

Audrey Mattoon, PhD, currently serves as the Head of Revenue Operations at Osano, after holding the position of Senior Director of Revenue Operations at Mainstay. With extensive experience in revenue operations, Audrey manages and enhances contract, sales, and customer success operations, supporting a substantial team across various departments. Previous roles include Director of Business Transformation and Director of Operations at Revolution Prep, where initiatives focused on efficiency and business process optimization were spearheaded. As Managing Director/COO at Improvizations, Audrey led strategic planning and revenue-driving initiatives while also serving in various capacities related to delivery and workforce management. Academic contributions include policy evaluation research as a Research Associate at Rutgers and instructional roles at Washington State University, where large classes in American Government and Comparative Politics were instructed. Audrey holds a PhD in Political Science from Washington State University, complemented by both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in the same field.
