David Morgan currently serves as the Group Head of Legal for Commercial and Litigation, as well as the Group Head of Legal for Commercial and Group DPO at OSB Group, a position held since August 2017. Previous roles at OSB Group include Interim Head of Company Secretariat and Senior Legal Counsel. Prior to this, David was employed at Cripps LLP from 2006 to August 2017, advancing through the ranks from Trainee Solicitor to Senior Associate. Educational qualifications include a Legal Practice Course and a Graduate Diploma in Law from BPP Law School, and a BA (Hons) in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Oxford.
