Glen Gauci

Glen Gauci has a diverse work experience in the audit field spanning over 13 years. Glen is currently working as the Head of Audit (Conduct & Business Operations) at OSB Group since March 2022. Prior to that, Glen worked at Bank of Ireland, where they held multiple roles including Senior Audit Manager, Audit Relationship Manager, and Senior Group Internal Auditor. At Bank of Ireland, Glen was responsible for leading personnel, mentoring team members, managing audits, and coordinating with the wider Group Internal Audit function. Before joining Bank of Ireland, Glen worked at PwC Malta, where they progressed from an Audit Associate to an Audit Assistant Manager. Glen also had short-term secondments at PwC New York and PwC Sydney. Glen has a strong background in meeting client and regulatory deadlines and leading audit teams.

Glen Gauci has a strong educational background in accountancy. Glen earned a Bachelor of Accountancy (Hons) degree from the University of Malta in 2009, preceded by a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree in Accountancy and Management from the same university in 2007. Before that, they completed their A-levels in Accountancy and Economics at G.F. Abela Junior College from 2002 to 2004. In addition to their academic qualifications, Glen Gauci has obtained several certifications in the field, including the Professional Scrum Master II and Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org, Agile in Audit - Scrum Fundamentals from Agile In Audit, Certified Public Accountant, and Practising Certificate in Auditing from The Malta Institute of Accountants (MIA).
