Vincent Mulligan

Vincent Mulligan has a strong background in IT audit and consulting. Vincent is currently serving as the Head of IT Audit at OSB Group since January 2022. Prior to this, Vincent worked at Eisteoir Consulting Limited as an IT Audit Consultant from January 2017 to February 2022. Vincent also held the position of IT Audit Director and Team Lead at GE Capital from June 2011 to December 2016. Vincent's experience includes working as an Associate IT Audit Director at Barclays from July 2005 to June 2011 and as an Assistant IT Audit Manager Europe and AP at General Motors from June 2000 to July 2005. Vincent began their career as a Senior IT Auditor at the Central Bank of Ireland in 1997, where they worked until 2000.

Vincent Mulligan obtained a Graduate Diploma in Management & Application of IT in Accounting from Dublin City University from 1995 to 1997. Vincent also earned a Certificate in Accounting from the Institute of Technology, Sligo from 1985 to 1986. Vincent Mulligan has additional certifications including the CIA from the Chartered Institute of Internal Auditors, the CISA from ISACA, and the FCCA from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
