In addition, Nirupama is a Cofounder and Managing Partner at Growing Leadership of Women and serves as an Adjunct Faculty and Coach at McKinsey & Company. With a background in Organizational Change Consulting, Training, and General Management, Nirupama brings a wealth of experience to their current roles. Nirupama holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from XLRI Jamshedpur and a B.Com in Commerce from Stella Maris College.
