Lynne Adams

Lynne Adams is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in education law and complex commercial litigation. Currently a Partner at Osborn Maledon since August 2012, Lynne represents various educational institutions, including charter schools and universities, in regulatory and litigation matters. Prior to this role, Lynne served as a Partner at Lewis Roca Rothgerber LLP from July 2003 to August 2012 and was the Chief Counsel for the Education and Health Section at the Arizona Attorney General's Office from May 1999 to May 2003, overseeing numerous legal matters for the State’s education and health agencies. Lynne began their legal career at Brown & Bain, now known as Perkins Coie, from August 1988 to May 1999. Academically, Lynne holds a Juris Doctor degree from Columbia Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Brigham Young University.
