Carsten Schneider

Carsten Schneider is Managing Partner of Osborne Clarke Germany and member of the International Board of Osborne Clarke

Working as a lawyer since 1998 and Partner at Osborne Clarke since 2005, he has been responsible for the management of the law firm in Germany since 2013 and as such is the first point of contact for clients, employees and partners, in strategic questions as well as in operational business.

As a partner of the corporate practice group, Carsten Schneider advises primarily on M&A, venture capital and private equity transactions and on the restructuring of corporate groups.

Carsten Schneider studied at the Universities of Bonn, Lausanne and Heidelberg and obtained a Master of Laws in Comparative Law from the University of Miami School of Law in 1995.
