Ignacio Calero

Ignacio joined Osborne Clarke in Barcelona in September 2003 and became a partner in January 2013, when he moved to Madrid.

He is a corporate transactions partner specializing in M&A, joint ventures and venture capital. Ignacio’s experience, technical knowledge and skills gained during more than 12 years acting for R&D companies and organizations developing innovative projects serve him not only to provide practical corporate and commercial advice, but also to become “more than just a lawyer” for corporate executives and managers, including R&D management.

He graduated with a law degree in 2000 from the Autonomous University in Madrid and obtained an LLM in 2003 at the IE Business School, also in Madrid. Ignacio is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association.
