Julian Hemming

Julian Hemming is an experienced Employment and Labor Lawyer at Osborne Clarke LLP, with a career spanning over 30 years. Since joining Osborne Clarke in July 1997, Julian has focused on advising employers on various employment law issues, including international outsourcing, corporate transactions, and dispute resolution. As co-Chair of both the international employment law group and the India Group, Julian provides European legal advice to Indian clients. Prior to Osborne Clarke, Julian was a Partner and Head of Employment Law at Nicholson Graham & Jones from September 1989 to July 1997. Julian's educational background includes a Master's degree in Theology and Law from Gonville & Caius College, Cambridge University, and an LL.M from UCL with a focus on Employment Law and Industrial Relations. Additionally, Julian is an accredited mediator available for dispute resolution.
