Pippa Byrne

Pippa is Partner in Osborne Clarke's London office, specialising in Private Equity. She primarily advises institutional investors and their portfolio companies on all stages of their investment, from buy out to exit. She also advises management teams on their equity terms.

Pippa is very active in the private equity mid-market, regularly leading transactions for several the firm's institutional investor clients. She has advised on many private equity investment transactions across a variety of sectors including financial services, IT, energy and real estate.

Pippa is also experienced in general private company acquisitions, corporate restructurings, corporate real estate transactions and joint ventures.
