Sophie Thompson

Sophie Thompson is an accomplished knowledge management professional with extensive experience in managing information services and business intelligence. Currently serving as the Head of Knowledge Management at Osborne Clarke since March 2015, Sophie oversees the firm’s international intranet, library team, and business research team while spearheading training and development initiatives. Previously, at Integreon from 2009 to February 2015, Sophie managed operational teams across the UK and India, spearheaded a significant business services outsourcing deal, and facilitated the implementation of innovative projects in knowledge and information services. Sophie's tenure at Osborne Clarke began in 1999 as a Business Intelligence Officer, where achievements included developing a Market Research Centre and enhancing internal research capabilities. Sophie's educational foundation includes a BA with honors in Theology from the University of Birmingham.
