Randy Barnes

Randy Barnes has extensive work experience in the construction industry. Randy worked as a Vice President-Alaska Building PMP at Osborne Construction Company since December 2020. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President & General Manager at Arctic Slope Construction Holding Company from July 2017 to December 2020. From February 2015 to December 2020, Randy served as the Vice President and later President of Norcon Construction. Before that, they worked as the Region Estimating & Project Controls Manager Alaska at CH2M HILL from August 2010 to February 2015. Randy also worked as a Senior Project Manager at Osborne Construction Company from January 1996 to August 2009, and as a Structures Foreman at Peter Kiewit & Sons (PKS) from November 1994 to January 1996.

Randy Barnes pursued their education from 1977 to 1981 at the University of Wisconsin-Stout, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management.
