Russell Lowney

Russell Lowney is a seasoned professional in the construction industry, serving as a Senior Project Manager at Osborne Construction Co since March 2001. Prior to this role, Russell held the position of Project Manager at UIC Construction from June 1999 to March 2001 and at Gaston & Associates from May 1985 to May 1999.
