Irene Mendoza (she/her/ella)

Irene Mendoza has held various human resources roles throughout their career, starting in 2011 as a Training Coordinator at St. Joseph Health. Irene then worked as an HR Coordinator at Impac Mortgage Corp. in 2017, before transitioning to a role as an HR Assistant at Cherry Aerospace, a SPS Technologies Company for a short period of time. In 2018, they became a Human Resources Manager at SEASHINE FINANCIAL, LLC, where they developed and implemented human capital strategies, provided guidance to employees and leaders, and ensured compliance with employment laws. Irene also held an additional role as an HR Generalist at the same company. Recently, they were appointed as Head of People and Culture at Osborne Homes, where they oversee key human capital initiatives and strategies, and supports the company's focus on attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent.

Irene Mendoza received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration: Management and Human Resources from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including Technical Recruiting from LinkedIn in November 2021, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in May 2021, Uncovering Unconscious Bias in Recruiting and Interviewing from LinkedIn in May 2021, and Human Resources: Running Company Onboarding from LinkedIn in September 2018.
