Andriy Bihun

Andriy Bihun is the current Director of Engineering and Chief of Staff at Oscar Health. Andriy has also served as the Chief Technology Officer for North America at ELEKS, and as a Computer Scientist Geek at Google. Bihun began their career as a software developer at IBM in 1987, before becoming an adjunct professor at SUNY New Paltz in 1992. Andriy then joined Bell Labs as a Senior Technical Staff Member in 1995, before moving to i2 Technologies as an Architect / Senior Software Engineer in 1998. In 2003, they joined Amazon.com as a Senior Engineer on the TLM team. Andriy left Amazon to join Google in 2005, where they worked as a Computer Scientist Geek until 2015. Andriy then joined ELEKS as their Chief Technology Officer for North America, a position they held until 2016.

Andriy Bihun's educational career began with a BS in Computer Science from New York University. Andriy then went on to earn a BS in Electrical Engineering from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art. Finally, they completed their MS in Computer Engineering from Syracuse University.
