Brie Anne Moffett is the Sr. Director of People Operations at Oscar Health. Brie has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources, including 5 years in a leadership role. Brie Anne has a proven track record of leading HR transformation strategies and executing them successfully. Brie has worked with executive teams and senior leadership to support company-wide initiatives with a focus on attracting and retaining talent. Under their leadership, the team they manage has been able to simplify and automate processes, resulting in increased productivity and utilization, reduced costs, and a renewed partnership between HR, executives, and business leaders.

Brie Anne has implemented a North American shared services model for Human Resources and standardized the support model across the company. Brie has also leveraged technology to allow the focus to be on attracting, retaining, and growing talent instead of transactional HR activities. In terms of compensation, Brie Anne has implemented Callidus Commissions software, streamlined commission plans, and aligned pay frequency across North America to drive double-digit growth against plan. Brie has also revised the company's short-term incentive plans to align with the overall business strategy, which has resulted in consistent year-over-year growth against plan and further alignment between divisions. Furthermore, they have benchmarked compensation for the first time in 5 years, setting pay targets, target percentages, bands, and job families. As a result of these actions, 10% of job titles have been eliminated and key roles have been targeted for market pay
