Brie has also revised the company's short-term incentive plans to align with the overall business strategy, which has resulted in consistent year-over-year growth against plan and further alignment between divisions. Furthermore, they have benchmarked compensation for the first time in 5 years, setting pay targets, target percentages, bands, and job families. As a result of these actions, 10% of job titles have been eliminated and key roles have been targeted for market pay
