Christine McLane

Christine McLane is an experienced professional in HR operations and technology, currently serving as Director of People Systems at Oscar Health since January 2023. With a robust background that includes roles such as Director of HR Operations & Analytics at Richemont and HR Technology Partner at MongoDB, Christine has successfully led multiple HR technology transformations and system implementations, including the global rollout of Workday HCM at Time Inc. and the integration initiatives following the acquisition of Gilt by Hudson's Bay Company. Christine holds a Master of Science in Information & Knowledge Strategy from Columbia University and has also completed an MBA.
