Dennis Hillen

Dennis Hillen is the Southeast Market Region Leader at Oscar Health. Dennis has over 20 years of experience in finance and operations.

Dennis started their career as a Network Administrator and then moved into sales engineering. In 1999, they joined eCampus.com as the Network Operations Center. Dennis was with the company for one year before moving on to EcoDigital Development Group, Inc.

At EcoDigital, Dennis held various roles including Director of Planning and Director of Sales Engineering. Dennis was with the company for nine years before moving on to Humana in 2008.

At Humana, Dennis was the AVP - Enterprise Transformation. Dennis was with the company for twelve years before joining Oscar Health in 2020.

Dennis Hillen graduated from the University of Kentucky with a BBA in finance. Dennis then went on to earn their MBA from Indiana University Southeast.
