LaToya Lyn

LaToya Lyn is the Vice President of Talent Strategy at Oscar Health. LaToya has over fifteen years of experience in human resources and has held senior positions at several companies, including Help Scout, Knoetic, and Compass.

LaToya has a passion for teaching and motivating others, and they have used their platform as a HR executive to drive change and improve the lives of employees across the country. LaToya is a strong advocate for diversity, inclusion, and belonging, and they have helped create more inclusive workplaces at LivePerson, Oscar Health, and Compass.

LaToya is a graduate of Brooklyn Academy of Music, where they studied dance and movement. LaToya is a dedicated teacher and artist, and they continue to teach dance and offer motivational insights to their students.

LaToya Lyn has a B.A. in Psychology from Brooklyn College, an Associate's Degree in Applied Psychology from Herkimer County Community College, and a dual Master's degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology & Organizational Behavior from Brooklyn College. LaToya is currently pursuing a PhD in Artificial Intelligence and Business Applications from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
