Stefani Karr serves as the Manager of Virtual Care at Oscar Health since September 2021, having progressed from Associate to Senior Analyst within the same department. Karr leads cross-functional teams to enhance patient adherence to care plans through automated messaging campaigns and manages partnerships that integrate virtual and in-person care. Previous experience includes serving as the Project and Data Manager for the Massachusetts Association for Mental Health, where Karr developed project timelines and analytics infrastructure, and as a Graduate Research Assistant at Harvard STRIPED, focused on corporate social responsibility in advertising. Additional roles include a Public Health Fellow in the Massachusetts State Senate, Health Systems and Process Improvement Analyst at New York Eye and Ear Infirmary of Mount Sinai, and internships at the Clinton Foundation and New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. Karr holds a Master of Public Health from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Barnard College.
